Polyethylene foam, extruded then cured and cut.

This is density 2# foam. Perfectly round with straight cut edges. This foam roller is great for lighter weight users and those needing a bit of softness at the surface.

Testing results:"...it would take 8.4 lbs of pressure to compress a 1" square of foam 25%. Once the pressure is relieved, it returns to its original shape. If we calculate a 1"inch area of contact on 34" inches of foam (34sq in) the foam can take the weight of a 285 pound person and recover to its original shape.
